1. About DR.ORFLI

DR.ORFLI is a digital marketing consultancy providing influencer marketing, content production, Instagram growth, and destination guide services for luxury hotels and travel brands. These Terms govern all services provided by DR.ORFLI and your use of this website at dr-orfli.com.

2. Services

DR.ORFLI provides the following categories of service:

• Influencer marketing campaign management
• Social media content strategy and production (Reels, photography, copywriting)
• Instagram account growth and management
• Luxury destination guide creation and publication
• Brand partnership and co-marketing facilitation
• Marketing consultation and strategy sessions

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice issued to the client.

3. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the invoice or proposal issued for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work commences
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables
• Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated. DR.ORFLI reserves the right to suspend work if payment obligations are not met.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by DR.ORFLI — including but not limited to videos, photographs, written copy, guide content, and strategy documents — remains the intellectual property of DR.ORFLI until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the deliverables for their own commercial purposes. DR.ORFLI retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Clients must not reproduce, resell, or sub-license deliverables to third parties without prior written consent from DR.ORFLI.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, access, and approvals required for project delivery
• Ensure that any materials provided to DR.ORFLI do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Comply with the terms of any social media platforms on which content is published
• Make payments in accordance with agreed terms

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced:

• The deposit is non-refundable
• DR.ORFLI will invoice for all work completed to the date of cancellation at the agreed project rate

If DR.ORFLI is unable to fulfil a confirmed project, the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

DR.ORFLI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

DR.ORFLI's total liability to any client in connection with a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for that project.

DR.ORFLI does not guarantee specific results (such as a particular number of bookings, follower counts, or engagement rates), as these are influenced by factors outside our control.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, DR.ORFLI makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of content on this site.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

DR.ORFLI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
